Appointments

Standard appointments are booked for 15 minutes. During a standard appointment our doctors can address 1 (or two minor) issues.

If you have more than 1-2 issues to discuss with your doctor, please book a long appointment.

Alternatively, if you are unsure how long you should book your appointment for, please contact our reception team for further advice.

Some appointment types are unavailable for online bookings such as chronic disease management plans, annual health checks, ear syringing and telehealth appointments.

Please contact reception to arrange these appointments.

Telehealth appointments are available to current patients at our practice, if you are Covid-19 positive or a flu like symptoms, or have received a message from our practice advising that your doctor has requested a telehealth appointment with you.

You may also be eligible for a telehealth consultation if you need a repeat script, however you must have attended the practice within the last 3 months.

Appointment reminders and result recalls are sent out through our online booking system, HotDoc.

If you have opted out of Reminders or Recalls and Results you will NOT receive these messages.

If you are unsure of your settings, please ask our reception staff for assistance.

Patients who prefer not to receive these automatic messages will receive a phone call from the practice.
