Telehealth is a service that enables you to have an appointment with your general physician (GP) by telephone or video from home or work. This also helps to protect health care professionals, their staff and patients from unnecessary risk of infection.

What We Do
Hay Street Medical Centre provides online telehealth consultation with GP’s for diagnosis, discussion of results, specialist referrals, prescriptions and medical certificates. Prescriptions can be forwarded electronically to your pharmacy of choice.
Who Can Avail Telehealth?
Not everything can be managed by telehealth. To use this service, you must have visited this practice in the last 12 months or be a new arrival to Perth. For scripts, we usually require that you have seen a general physician within the last 3 months, but chat about this with our receptionist for further help.
